Postback not received. How to check postback/redirect url set for an app?

- I have set the postback URL but received no postback on orders placed using trading APIs in NodeJS SDK.
- Where can I see the postback/redirect URLs set for a specific app?
- How can I edit the postback/redirect URLs for my app?

I am not getting postback responses, my postback URL is https://aibot.combiz.org/angelone-postback, I have created this API in .net core. My client ID is G50982. I have tested this URL, I am able to post but i am not getting updates for orders.

hello guys I am also not recived the postback response
and I am using the ngrok link in my postback url and the link is https://7179-180-151-25-123.ngrok-free.app/api/verify and my client id is SVYHkg98.can you give me any solution for this
