What is the session timeout duration?

Some of our users are getting error AB1010, so we want to understand the timeout. On our side it is 10 mins.

@admin Wohh.... any idea why is client getting an error then? Because this should not happen ideally.

So if the session is open and it is active for 10 hours (active means there are requests coming in for that session); will it still be discarded after 10 hrs?
