Websocket not sending ticks for the 2nd run in visual studio

When i run the WebSocked to get the ticks.. it was working fine for the first time . But when I stop the visual studio and re-run the same code, its not sending the ticks after that..
Getting below response.

Tick Received : [{"msg":"mw","task":"mw","ak":"nk"}]

@admin , @admin123 Can some 1 help me on this.?
