      @admin It is for the login api, please check account logs for the given date, that should give you the request. Sometimes we have to continuously retry, which is not ideal. Could you please investigate why your server was taking longer. It may turn out to be a big issue someday, if left unattended.

      @admin Wohh.... any idea why is client getting an error then? Because this should not happen ideally. So if the session is open and it is active for 10 hours (active means there are requests coming in for that session); will it still be discarded after 10 hrs?

      @admin It looks like we are performing testing duties for you for free. Why were the changes not tested before going live? Who was responsible for this? What action have you taken? Absolutely bad experience from such a big broker. The worst reliability of all brokers we work with. Do something about it.

      @admin Thanks for the update, we know it has been resolved as mentioned in the description. The ticket was created primarily to have a fix so that this one does not occur again. Hope you have identified the cause & fixed it so that this does not happen again. Some of your users that are with us are trading very large portfolios, even a small outage puts a lot of money at risk. Thank you for your response.
