Historical API ain't working!

    2 days back same code was working fine and now this error pops up. I know that the rate limit is of 3 stocks per second and have taken care of it in my code. Still the error persists. Kindly look into this matter.

    Rate Limiting and Historical API is working fine now. Please reverify and let us know if the issue still occurs.
