My postback is not fire

1. can we test the postback local environment?
2. and when order successfully executed the postback api is not fire from angel one server.
3. this is my apikey - SVYHkg98
4. and i am using ngrok postback url - https://7179-180-151-25-123.ngrok-free.app/api/verify
