port 443 error while importing the smartapi-python library

i am getting this error while importing smartapi-python library

E 231202 18:21:28 smartConnect:66] Exception while retriving IP Address,using local host IP address: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.ipify.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by NameResolutionError("<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x000002000C79D0D0>: Failed to resolve 'api.ipify.org' ([Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed)"))
