Facing continuous issues while placing orders

Hello @Moderator_2, I have been facing issues (like read timeout = 7 and wrong credentials) while placing orders only during the market starting(09:15 to 10:00) and end times(after 15:00). I have been facing this issue from the last 2 weeks before that its working fine, Can you please brief me what's the exact issue and what needs to be done to overcome this issue?
