Error in Historical API

Hi,
Can you please tell why I was getting the below mentioned error in Historical API? I was getting this error continuously for almost 3 hours(from 23/07/2024 12:12:12 PM to 23/07/2024 03:00:14 PM) even though I did not exceed the rate limit of 3 Request/Second.ERROR:
