Websocket disconnecting frequently.

Websocket disconnecting frequently, due to that we not able to generate proper canddles.
For instance, In below canddle, Open and high are improper due to the below reasons
for Open We face disconnect on the websocket so we got start ticker as 703.05.
For High, From ticker we got the LTT as NA so we just filter out that ticker.
Can you please help how we treat if LTT comes as NA.Values from Historical data from Smart API
After generate canddle on our end from ticker data.
