I am trying to create a new SmartAPI app for personal
automated trading but running into two issues on the
Add App form:

What is an acceptable Redirect URL for personal
automated trading use?
How to resolve the Static IP conflict so I can
create the app successfully?

To get your own Primary static IP (IPv4), open 'Windows PowerShell' terminal, and paste the following code: curl.exe ipv4.icanhazip.com

You will get your IPv4 address; copy it into the Primary Static IP. It worked for me.
