Unable to login to server in middle of session.

@algo_trading_50 the old one has stopped working for me. And I cant register a new data-only api without static ip?

@diwakarpant16 FYI now to_datetime has to be set to today's date with time 00:00 to get latest data, otherwise throws error saying to_datetime must be less than current datetime.

@diwakarpant16 same error again today after market... @admin please try to fix this before market hours tomorrow. It is becoming very frequent nowadays.

@admin what if I am only using historical and live data apis and not routing orders thru api? Will this service like getltp and get candles continue as they are or do we still need static ips to even access api? Thanks.
