While i am streaming livesoket i am not getting exact ticks as they are in charts

I am using your websocket from a long time but there's a common problem i face daily i record the tick data and than cross checked it with your charts Ohlc data than find out that i am not getting the exact data or getting extra data that might not be in your charts so please giude me on this.

Here he is not recieving ticks and i am not getting exact data from the websocket as compared to the charts.
