Login to my API is failing with error:

please fix the issue.

While trying to login for auth_token from this device using since last year, getting this error :

SmartAPI development team, please look into this issue and confirm the status on priority.
This irresponsiveness is not expected.

While fetching the LTP market data, getting the error:
symbolToken 13337 message Unable to fetch market data errorCode AB4030}

On the API application page, when I clink on <Enable TOTP> then giving error that "LoginbyPassword is not allowed. Please switch to Login by MPIN now." and it doesn't give option to do anything else. please help.
