Does the publisher api have a limit on number of stocks?

I am using the publisher API to create a basket of stocks. However when using multiple stocks in one basket I get server error 500. By trial and error I have realised that on more than 14 stocks this error is given. So my question is, is there a limit on the number of stocks to be traded through the publisher api?

Also on trying to trade 14 stocks the trade does not get submitted instead gets stuck on loading screen.
