Not receiving postback response

We are not receiving data on Postback url for few orders placed. It has erratic behaviour. We want to check the trade book after placing order. We tried getTradeBook (DLL) method but "orderTag" field is missing in the same (This tag is important for us to map the trades). How can we get an update of trade status if postback url fails from your end?

@romitbarat may be you are facing problems due to limit rates . See limit rates and give some few seconds delay by which hope your issue will be solved.
