Login Issue - Unable to Connect via NextLevelBot

While trying to connect to SmartAPI using NextLevelBot, I'm always getting an error message "Login Id or Password is Incorrect"
But the same credentials works for AngelOne portal for placing orders manually.
Please fix my account login issue - does it need any internal migration at your end?
My AngelOne ClientId is: M564639
