Unable to login to 'Enable TOTP' page | Account blocked

Problem
- Able to login to https://trade.angelbroking.com/Login/ using email id and password
- Able to login to https://smartapi.angelbroking.com/apps using email id and password.
- https://smartapi.angelbroking.com/enable-totp page asks for login with client id again even though I am already logged in with email id on https://smartapi.angelbroking.com/apps
- After multiple tries with client id account got blocked. There is no forget password button on 'Enable TOTP' page.
- Sent mail on saturday to smartapi@angelbroking.com to unblock account but issue not resolved yet
Ask
- Please unblock my account as customer support is not able to unblock account and saying only backend team can unblock.
- Edit: Update from customer support - account is showing as unblocked in their system but blocked on the login page
- Please tell me how to login to TOTP page using client id and why it is not accepting my password?
- Should client id be entered in small case or capital case?

@patilpramod Have you created your angel account via some broker to get discount? Asking because my account created via quantiply is facing issue but the other normal account is not facing this issue.
