Instruments API is down

Hi team,
THere seems like an issue with the instruments API, which returns null at the moment. Is there anyone else who is facing the same problem as me? Is there any change associated with the API I'm unaware of? It is returning null since today morning.

Usually, just a get request used to get the instruments information, but that doesn't seem to work now. Could you please help
