access denied because of exceeding access rate for tradeBook function

Hi, I am getting this error when I am trying to execute tradeBook function many times. I see that this bug has been reported multiple times, why are you guys not taking it seriously and fixing it.

Apologies for delayed response and inconvenience caused.
We have rate limiting in place for each of the smartAPI and has been implemented as per userID. Access Denied occurs due to the exceed of request.
