DATA IN FULL MODE

Has anyone been successfull in getting data in 'FULL' mode? I am referring to the announcement made by admin on 4th July 2023 captioned : "New Feature Announcement: Enhanced Real-Time Market Data with our Market Data API!". I tried SmartWebSocketV2 with mode = 'FULL' , but no luck!!

The marketDataApi is having high latency whereas websocket not having FULL mode?
