Sensex options symbols order placing returning error

When we try to place orders for sensex options symbols , the following error is presented, this is while trying to exit positions of already existing positions

[E 240229 09:34:01 smartConnect:304] API request failed: {'message': 'Failed to get symbol details', 'errorcode': 'AB1018', 'status': False, 'data': None}

I thin you need to pass exchange as "BFO" for SENSEX Options.
