Connection Timeout Issue

Dear SmartAPI Users,

Some of you could be getting Connection Timeout Error. In case you get it, here is how to resolve it:
1- Update to the latest version of the SDK that you're using to access SmartAPI.
2- Update the TLS version in your system from 1.0 to 1.1 or 1.2. Whether you're using Windows or Linux or Mac, TLS can be changed conveniently.

as well as

i am using TLS 1.2

BUT still we are having issues
