order response issue

    we are placing orders through API WebSocket, yesterday when we placed an order, we got an order response from Angelone order WebSocket after 3-4 min, this thing happened almost 2-3 times, and the time of response increased. I am sharing the order id, please update me as soon as possible.

  • I am doing same pre-processing from past 8 months. I have not encountered such issue till date. Suddenly, this happened, but for other angelone accounts, this issue did not replicated. Please go through you logs, because till now your response latency was 500ms. but suddenly it reached to 5 mins. please update me, when the actual is addressed.

    Are you doing any preprocessing on the data received via websocket? this is o e of the reasons for slow response time. Please do data parsing after the response has been received. if this issue still persists, let us know.
