Trying to enable TOTP but it failed

Hi Team,

I am trying to enable TOTP but it is failing.
First I tried using my credential and got error as : LoginbyPassword is not allowed. Please switch to Login by MPIN now.
Then in the credential section I passed the mPin: Something Went Wrong, Please Try After Sometime.

This is very frustrating.
