Enabling TOTP Failure

I’m trying to enable TOTP but keep encountering issues:

When I used my credentials, I received an error stating: "Login by Password is not allowed. Please switch to Login by MPIN now."

After updating the credentials to use the MPIN, I got another error saying: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
This has been a very frustrating experience.
