Getting error in smartconnect

While importing smartconnect from smartapi using
from smartapi import smartconnect getting below error -

ImportError Traceback (most recent call last)
<ipython-input-10-2fa842d3b84f> in <module>
----> 1 from smartapi import smartconnect

ImportError: cannot import name 'smartconnect' from 'smartapi' (/Users/nitishjain/opt/anaconda3/lib/python3.8/site-packages/smartapi/init.py)

I have reinstalled smartapi couple of times and restarted the kernal as well.
