I am unable to login api as not receiving OTP for both API as well as TOTP. I have recieved OTP for API login few days but it stopped recieving. I have recraete API app and tried but not working. ID : S1650240

I am unable to receive OTP for API login and also not able to enable TOTP. Not recieving any OTP for login. Sometimes OTP sending for login but most of the time not receiving opto for login. Never able to login TOTP enable portal as not receving OTP. ID : S1650240.
