ErrorCode-AB1007, Password getting expire again and again with Error message "User is blocked" for ClientID - D129866

In both angelbroking App and Web platform i am not able to login and getting "User is blocked" Error message, Screenshot is attached for your reference.
After resetting the password, I am able to successfully login only one time and on second login again the same error is coming,From SmartAPI also i am getting same error message, Response JSON from API is as following -
