Web socket stream stops sending data

This is happening frequently. Every now and then the websocket stops sending data. All I get is heartbeats. I am tracking BANKNIFTY (symbol token 26009) and this is happening as I am writing this. Last week also it happened.
How do you expect us to develop strategy and automate the trades if your feed is not reliable?

Please talk to your team and remove this HeartBeat business.. Im ran side by side websockets from three different brokers. whenever there is a sudden move Angel gives HB failure error. I had to restart the script again.. when someone is using indicators to trade this is a big head ache.
Please get read of this HeartBeats altogether. This can resolve nearly all the complaints.
