Gateway time errors again

We are seeing following error, please investigate at the earliest.
2021-09-15 14:27:41.020 ERROR TradingComponent: Error while fetching positions for account: [TTVP1009 : TTVP1009] => 504 Gateway Time-out -
@admin We also see these errors:
2021-09-15 14:32:44.855 ERROR 14199 --- Login : [G153108 : G153108]: Angel error: Access denied because of exceeding access rateI see that many other users also reporting similar errors.

Please get the solution for the above errors as soon as possible. Many of our clients are affected due to the slowness of the Smart API
