Python API run time error today post 2 pm IST

i am getting the below error from 2 pm IST today. HTTPSConnectionPool(host='apiconnect.angelbroking.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=7)

please advise is this resolved or issue at my end.

@admin getting the exact same error for the last 3 days continuously.
user_id = S451420
please look into it
