Frequent Issues in SmartAPI - Python

Hi Team,

I am facing several issues in SmartAPI:

1. Few tokens are not working. eg: CADILAHC-EQ, BURGERKING-EQ etc. same issue posted earlier - https://smartapi.angelbroking.com/topic/1491/token-no-not-available-for-below-stocks?_=1647165802681

2. Response time of getltp, orderbook, getbalance slowed down around 2 pm to 4 pm (Faced this issue 3-4 times in last week)

3. Need NIFTY, BANKNIFTY high/low data under getltp function

Please help.

may be large request during this time by data warehouses??? That's why we are using API ryt, to process large data. Why it's slowed down after 1 pm? Since last week I am facing this issue. @admin please help

@GaryR01 Hi,

1. those are Renamed, and hence not available with old names. i think corporate action should be added to fetch such details to update ticks on regular basis.
2. may be large request during this time by data warehouses..
   3.nifty & bank nifty are available, you need to use trading key, watch this...
