History Trade Book and Profit and Loss Statement

  • Hi Team

I'm reaching out with a matter that has piqued my curiosity and requires your esteemed guidance. Recently, I discovered that the Quicko platform, known as Glyde, is utilizing APIs related to the History Trade Book and Profit and Loss Statement. These APIs, intriguingly, are not mentioned in the public documentation available to us. 📚

Could you kindly assist me in locating the relevant documentation or provide insights into accessing these APIs?

Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to any guidance you can provide.

    Best regards,

Hello, we cannot give the backoffice APIs to the end users.

Thank you for your response regarding the back-office APIs. I completely understand the restrictions and the considerations involved in sharing such APIs directly with end users.

To explore this further and ensure a mutually beneficial outcome, I would like to request a web meeting to discuss the details. This discussion will help us identify a workable solution that enables our mutual users to file accurate and hassle-free income tax returns, which is a shared goal.

To provide some context, Taxcare is an income tax return filing platform that has been serving users for over four years. We have successfully integrated APIs from Zerodha, Upstox, Dhan, and 5Paisa into our platform, allowing users seamless access to their P&L data. Similar to platforms like Quicko and Cleartax, our aim is to empower users to download their trading data directly within our app, simplifying the tax filing process.

I believe a collaborative discussion could help us align on the best approach while addressing any concerns you might have. Please let me know a suitable time for the meeting, and I will ensure to accommodate your availability.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

Thank you for your response. I understand that the APIs I mentioned are currently unavailable. However, I am curious about how Quicko's platform is able to utilize AngelOne user trade data within the Glyde app. Could you please provide clarity on this?

For reference, the website in question is: https://angelone.quicko.com/.

    Looking forward to your insights.
