websocket import error

I am getting the below error how to fix this?
I tried uninstall and install but didnt work.
Below is the error message.

ImportError: cannot import name 'SmartWebSocket' from 'smartapi' (C:\Users\Bobby\anaconda3\lib\site-packages\smartapi_init_.py)
