User is Blocked

I am getting message
"message":"User Is Blocked","errorcode":"AB1007"

Please rectify at your end.

After signing up for APIs, my agent account is getting blocked frequently.
Customer support is not much helpful as they just ask me to reset password. COuld you please get it checked why my account is getting blocked so frequently?
Error: USER IS BLOCKED
