Historical Data Response Problem

Hello Team,
Here i m adding another problem about historical data response consistency.
Another new query in feeding data.
request parameter
Stock Acc
Trading token 22
Time interval 1 minute
from 02-01-2017 feb 2017
to 02 -28 - 2017 feb 2017i call it first time and get response total number of candles are ok
but for the first time first candle is started from 9 : 16 and last candle 9 : 30
when i call it again with same parameter
i got first candle 9 : 15 and last candle 9 : 29i think all time result must be same.
Please find out here with attachment regarding the problem.
This issue is not already explained this is another new issue I found.
