@admin Come on Angel One. Show some professionalism. At least respond. Completely ignoring genuine issues is very unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the company culture and ethics.

I am also facing the same issue. Whenever I give close_connection command, it reconnect on its own? Is there any temporary fix you have done? @pari @Moderator_3

@admin same thing happened to me. It happened around 1:50 PM IST on october 19th 2023. Please look into this

HI @pari @c_harish Unfortunately it took us longer than expected to debug and resolve the issue today. The reason is one of our outgoing internet links had an issue where packets were getting dropped causing the issue. This link generally has low traffic and therefore the issue was not noticeable outright until we tested and isolated each link separately. We are working with the ISP on the reason for failure and also on improving out monitoring of the links.
