Suddenly stop receiving tick

@admin Suddenly, I stop receiving ticker for banknifty options CE and PE prices. However, for banknifty price, I can still receive ticker.

For above, I am stopped receving. Earlier it was working fine. Please assist me ASAP.
I believe, that options token is needed to reload from your side.
