LTP DATA api provides same result always

Hi Admin,
am new to here. I am doing applications in a java environment. am trying to get live data using below API
https://apiconnect.angelbroking.com/order-service/rest/secure/angelbroking/order/v1/getLtpData
but it always returns the same response, the values not changing.
