Connection timeout errors since last week

We have fixed and verified on this issue on our supporting SDKs NodeJS and Java SDKs. We are consistently working on timeout issue on Python SDK. Will update as soon as possible on the resolution.

@shivdasb1996 your system configuration is ok. there is no issue from your end.
angel is not able to handle API request load.
They will not provide you any solution.
it's better to move to other broker.
Due to this issue, clients are getting loss still API team is not serious.

i am facing the same issue from last few weeks. I am running system with 4GB AWS 5GBps bandwidth
still getting request timeoutHTTPSConnectionPool(host='apiconnect.angelbroking.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /rest/secure/angelbroking/order/v1/getOrderBook?%7B%7D (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x29f90a4d0>, 'Connection to apiconnect.angelbroking.com timed out. (connect timeout=7)'))

@Moderator_2 @Moderator_1 @admin Are we getting a response/solution or even an acknowledgement at any point in time? "apologies for inconvenience caused" doesnt do much, if the issue persists for a month with no solution or response

@Moderator_2 this issue has been getting reported on the forum for over a month now, with no solution in sight. Is there an eta on it or should we just assume this is how its gonna be?

Facing these connection timeout issues very frequent these days and it was worse today. Request the team to look into this.

@mudit236 this is a very critical issue.
All clients are facing this issue, not getting any response while calling API for place order or for order book.Many times i have reported this query but not getting any solution from angel API team.
I think we have to move angel clients to an alternate option.
Smart is not stable till date. frequently getting different issues on live market.
Due to this issues, clients are getting loss on live market.
