ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'SmartApi'

I am getting error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'SmartApi'".
@admin Please suggest how to resolve the issue. I have installed below libraries already

pip install smartapi-python
pip install websocket-client

command used :
from SmartApi import SmartConnect

Now i am getting below error. Refer image. I am windows 10 user
