BANKEX strikes are not allowed to get through even if it is near ATM

I am trying to sell 56700CE Bankex option , However i get this error from angel-
Could you please let me know what is wrong here. I am sure other brokers haven't seen this error as per my trading circle?
Why are you restricting trading in these strike prices 56600 CE also same issue?
