Internal Error in order placement

hi @admin , Receiving response as internal error while placing order. Seeing either partial orders are executing or all orders are failing. Could you please let me know why this error occurred. SmartConnect.placeOrder()
Here is Exception while placing order:

@admin , I'm using python SDk smartapi-python=1.2.2. I have sent a mail for order code.
