Unable to Get Candle Data using Historical API

Hello Team,
I am using the below parameters to fetch the one minute data and its returning a blank value. I am unable to fetch Five_Minute, FIFTEEN_MINUTE etc as well.

historicParam="{'exchange': 'NSE','symboltoken': '547','interval': 'ONE_MINUTE','fromdate': '2021-04-07 09:00','todate': '2021-04-07 09:15'}"

Please help me in fetching the historical information
