User blocked for trading

@admin @harish Our userid P274574 was enabled for smartapi but kindly check if their is any issue with the account or is it blocked again from amartapi as we are not able to place orders today. getting error "USER IS BLOCKED FOR TRADING"

Our account is moved to ODIN, and this might have caused the blocking of smart api. Request to kindly enable smart api for H39145 and H45554 of @rph777
